Habitat for Humanity of Greater Moses Lake offers free classes for future homebuyers and current homeowners across Grant County — covering budgeting, financing, home maintenance, and more. Classes are open to the community; some are required for our homeownership and down payment assistance programs.

Buyers who complete homebuyer education are measurably better prepared for the realities of ownership — and most down payment assistance programs require an approved course before closing. Our classes count toward that requirement and connect you directly with the people who can help you take the next step, including our Down Payment Assistance program.
